Alex Elkin

Alex obtained his combined J.D./MBA degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2013. He was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2014.
Since 2016, Alex’s practice has been devoted to helping injured people obtain compensation for their injuries. Prior to this, Alex focused his practice on insurance defence litigation.
Alex has experience at all levels of Court in Ontario including the Ontario Superior Court, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Alexalso has experience advancing accident benefits claims in front of the License Appeal Tribunal and in complex Right to Sue cases in front of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
Alex prides himself on thinking outside the box. He is able to extract complicated details from cases and simplify them in order pursue his clients’ interests.
Alex was born and raised in Ottawa and has lived in various places across the country, In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, reading, and sports (both playing and watching).
