Professional Overview
I am an Ottawa native, and I’m incredibly proud to have built Badre Law in the community I call home. As the founder and owner of Badre Law, my focus today extends beyond the practice of law. I spend much of my time thinking about how we can build a better law firm — by hiring great people, developing our team, improving the way we operate, and, most importantly, providing an exceptional experience to every client who trusts us with their case.
I’ve always believed that people should expect more from their law firm than simply a good legal result. Our clients often come to us during incredibly difficult periods in their lives. They may be dealing with serious injuries, an inability to work, financial uncertainty, problems with an insurance company, and significant disruption to their family and everyday life. They shouldn’t also have to worry about whether their lawyer cares about them.
Our Clients Matter to Me
I take the experience our clients have with Badre Law personally. I want our clients to feel heard. I want them to feel respected. I want their phone calls and emails answered. I want them to understand what’s happening with their case. And I want them to know that the people representing them genuinely care about what they’re going through. Of course, we are here to advocate strongly for our clients and pursue the compensation they deserve.
But I don’t believe the quality of a law firm should be measured by results alone.
How we treat people along the way matters just as much. When someone chooses Badre Law, they’re placing an enormous amount of trust in us. I never want to take that trust for granted. That’s why I’m constantly looking at how we can improve — whether that means hiring another great lawyer or legal professional, investing in better technology, improving our internal systems, training our team, or simply finding better ways to communicate with our clients.
My goal is simple: I want people to look back on their experience with Badre Law and feel that choosing our firm was one of the best decisions they made during a very difficult time in their life.

Building Something Special
I have very ambitious plans for Badre Law. My goal is to build one of the largest and most respected personal injury law firms in Canada. But I don’t want to build a large law firm simply for the sake of being large. I want to build something special.
I want to build a firm filled with talented people who are excellent at what they do and genuinely care about the people they represent. I want Badre Law to be a place where great lawyers and legal professionals want to build their careers. I want us to continually improve the way personal injury cases are handled.
And above all, I want our growth to allow us to help more people without ever losing the personal care and attention that helped build our firm in the first place.
That is the challenge I’m most excited about: building a much larger law firm while making the experience of every individual client even better.
What We Stand For

Those aren’t values I want hanging on a wall. I want them reflected in the way our lawyers advocate, the way our team communicates with clients, the way we treat one another, and the decisions we make as the firm continues to grow.
We’re not perfect, and I don’t expect us to be. But I do expect us to continually look for ways to get better. That pursuit of improvement is deeply important to me.
Outside the Office
Outside of Badre Law, the most important part of my life is my family. I’m a husband and father of two young children, and spending time with them keeps everything else in perspective.
Being a father has also reinforced something I see every day in personal injury law: when someone is seriously injured, the consequences rarely affect that person alone. They affect spouses, children, parents, careers, finances, and entire families.
It’s one of the reasons I care so deeply about the responsibility we take on when someone chooses Badre Law.
I’m also passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, personal development, and building organizations where great people can do great work.
